Machi and his team made themselves available to me any time I had a question, even before we signed our contract. From the beginning stages until project completion, MLM expertly guided me through the entire process. The builder trend app kept us informed with daily progress and invoices, and we had frequent on site meetings throughout the renovation. The highest compliment that I can give the MLM team, beyond their expert craftsmanship, is that they are honest. Machi stands by his work. His subcontractors are conscientious. If something is not right, they fix it within hours. The estimator, Scott, is thorough and transparent. Anna, the designer/purchaser, is resourceful and diligent. Matt, the project manager, is a quick communicator and a creative problem solver. Even after unforeseen issues arose, they got the work done within the time that they promised. Overall, we’re very happy with both the finished product and the experience of working with the MLM team. We recently worked with MLM on an accessory building and decking project that was completed alongside a new pool installation. While MLM did not handle the pool itself, they coordinated seamlessly with the pool company to keep everything on track. Like with any large project, there were a couple bumps along the way, but they were extremely responsive, proactive with suggested solutions, and quick to resolve issues.
