If something is not right, they fix it within hours. The estimator, Scott, is thorough and transparent. Anna, the designer/purchaser, is resourceful and diligent. Great experience with MLM on our home renovations. We had a combination of interior work done with ducting, carpentry/cabinetry, plumbing for both sewage and gas, and masonry done for our front walkway. Overall, we’re very happy with both the finished product and the experience of working with the MLM team. We recently worked with MLM on an accessory building and decking project that was completed alongside a new pool installation. While MLM did not handle the pool itself, they coordinated seamlessly with the pool company to keep everything on track. Like with any large project, there were a couple bumps along the way, but they were extremely responsive, proactive with suggested solutions, and quick to resolve issues.
