Founded in 2006, MLM Custom Homes & Renovations is a locally owned and operated contractor specializing in custom home construction, luxury home renovations, historic restorations and commercial construction throughout Greater New Orleans and South Louisiana.

Over nearly two decades, MLM has built a track record recognized by some of the most respected names in the industry. We have earned Best of Houzz awards in 2015-2025, and were named Best Construction Company in the New Orleans Homes Best of Home awards in 2015,2017, 2024 and 2025. GQ Magazine named us one of their Top 5 Kitchen Remodelers, and Professional Remodeler Magazine recognized founder Machi Medrzycki in their 40 Under 40. We hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, a 4.9 rating on Angi, and 55-plus five-star Google reviews. We have been featured in New Orleans Homes and Millennium magazines.

Every project is led by General Contractor Machi Medrzycki, who brings 17-plus years of experience to each job. We work throughout New Orleans including Uptown, the Garden District, Lakeview, Mid-City, Marigny, and the French Quarter, as well as Metairie, Old Metairie, and the Northshore. Select projects have taken us across South Louisiana and into Mississippi.

We hired MLM to totally renovate our New Orleans French Quarter condo. We are so glad we did! We saw photos and a daily log what was done each day on the App. When necessary, we met with the contractor onsite to make various decisions.
