Bio

Scott Ryan is a seasoned construction management professional with 20 years of experience serving as a superintendent, project manager, and most recently, lead estimator in high-end residential and light commercial construction. His expertise includes performing in-depth analytical reviews of projects, collaborating with subcontractors and vendors to deliver optimal value for MLM clients.

Scott has been involved in the estimation and management of numerous commercial and residential new construction and historic renovation projects throughout the Greater New Orleans area. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, woodworking, and attending his sons’ baseball games.
