9-week construction duration in the vibrant Marigny area of New Orleans with our latest project. The owner, residing out of state, envisioned a vacation home transformation. MLM collaborated closely on design, revamping kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas with a touch of New Orleans style – vibrant colors and funky finishes. Strategic layout changes were implemented in the kitchen and bathrooms to optimize utility and aesthetics. To ensure seamless communication with the owner, we employed online software for schedules and daily logs.
