Experience a 6-month interior renovation with a delightful deck addition and exterior modifications and restoration. This project involved the removal of all interior finishes in bathrooms and the kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom while preserving and restoring historic pine floors. We also highlighted antique fireplaces and more to enhance the historical charm. MLM collaborated closely with the owner, providing expert design assistance in both cost and finish selections.
