Description
Waterproofing of seven balconies, fifty four windows and twelve doors by using SW Stampede, Conflex, Uniflex and other waterproofing products. Railings, parking lights and fence were stripped from paint to metal, primed with DTM primer and coated with DTM top coat. Fire escape stair case were rebuild by cutting and replacing horizontal steel panels on each landing then coated with DTM family products.

Obstacles
Working on multistory building in down town presents many problems, one of them is constant wind movement that carries paint while spraying. Spray shields were used and all neighboring parking lots/businesses were notified by placing notes and face-to-face contact.
