Description
MLM was hired last minute to perform light renovation of downtown location that included: repainting show room, removing and replacing entire acoustical ceiling, stripping and waxing show room floor, cleaning out stock room, installing new shelving system in stock room, acid wash garage area, restriping parking lot, paining exterior of the shop and masonry fence. Crews were working three shifts to complete project on time. Project was awarded on short notice due to corporate ownership visit in New Orleans.
