Commercial coffee shop vanilla shell construction. 1860 sf, open patio and sidewalks, masonry exterior elevation, TPO roofing materials, light construction (wood frame) over cast-in-place concrete.

Obstacles
Tight schedule did not allow for any mistakes or delays. Project management lined up all subcontractors from the day of signing the contract and ordered all shop drawings for special order materials. Weather was a huge factor since project was performed during rain season in South East Louisiana. In order to maintain schedule, management worked over time and during holidays. Project was delivered on time and on budget. No change order requests occurred.
