Sales team was very competent. They took the time to understand the scope of my renovation project. We went through several iterations of the cost estimate prior to signing the contract to ensure that the contract appropriately captured the work scope. This resulted in ZERO change orders during the installation. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. They worked to ensure minimal interruption to our daily routine during the renovation. They completed the renovation within the communicated schedule, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. In general, we are very pleased with the finished product. We are considering a subsequent phase to our renovation, and we have already reached out to MLM for preliminary budgets. My only issue with the project is that the take-off for some of the material was grossly over-estimated. Because it was a custom order, the vendor will not credit the leftover material. So, I am left to deal with eight boxes of manufactured stone. Also, one instance where the project manager clearly was not in communication with the installation crew and wasn’t aware of what was going on on the project. This was very minor, though, as I was in routine communication with the installation crew.
